Bianca Flowers welcomes an independent growing assistant
As an independent growing assistant you will be responsible for:
– Light control inside the glasshouse
– Climate control
– Feeding the plants
We would prefer someone who:
– has extensive experience with cultivation practices (doesn’t have to be in lily’s)
– is able to organize and coordinate work activities.
– is able to coach, motivate and manage people in a way that makes colleagues enjoy working for you and with you.
– has skills in digital registration and administration.
– has experience with climate computers.
– is not afraid of hard work and who isn’t fixated on only working from 9 to 5. Someone who is available when it’s needed.
– is optimistic.
– if possible, lives in a 15-20km range.
